Enjoy a special menu by Scott Pickett and Chancery Lane’s chef Pak Tam in collaboration with Australia’s Bocuse d’Or Chef Paul Golding, matched with sumptuous wines by St Huberts, plus a glass of Pommery on arrival.
The dinner will be held in the opulent Archways room at Chancery Lane, and is the first in a series of exquisite dinners by Paul and the Bocuse d’Or Australia family of chefs, in partnership with our valued sponsors Global Meats, Pommery and Treasury Premium Brands.
All proceeds from this event will assist Paul Golding and his Commis Chef Chris Milligan to train and travel to compete in Asia and Lyon, France.
