Bocuse d’Or Today and Tomorrow Dinner at Philippe

Philippe Mouchel and team Australia’s chefs Paul Golding and Nik Hill present a night to remember to raise funds for their journey on the Road to Lyon for the world’s most prestigious culinary contest.

Paul Golding, Executive Chef at the exclusive Woodlands Golf Club, is Australia’s representative at this year’s Bocuse d’Or Asia Pacific contest. If he and his Commis Chef Odile Roberts place in the top five countries, they will earn a place at the Grand Final in Lyon.

Since winning the Bocuse d’Or Australia ‘Golden Knife’ in 2025, Nik Hill has taken the Sydney dining scene by storm – named Gourmet Traveller’s Chef of the year and flying to Paris to receive La Liste’s ‘Discovery Gem’ Award for his restaurant Porcine. He will accompany Paul and Odile to Asia in preparation for taking the baton from Paul in 2027.
