Nik Hill will be demonstrating his winning Duck Ballotine from the 2025 Bocuse d’Or Australia Golden Knife at the Restaurant & Foodservice Show at ICC Sydney on Monday 25 May.
 
Come and see Nik on stage at 3.30pm at the Chef’s Table, hosted by Straight To The Source‘s Tawnya Bahr.
