Jury Member Dan Arnold and Coach Deepak Mishra will join Chef Paul Golding and Commis Chef Odile Roberts as Australia’s team competing in the Bocuse d’Or Asia Pacific 2026.
An experienced Executive Chef and Culinary Director, Deepak (above right) also serves as Bocuse d’Or Australia’s Vice President. He will lead a coaching panel of accomplished chefs to mentor and train Paul and Odile in the lead up to the contest.
Dan Arnold (above left) has competed twice for Australia, and also coached former competitor Alex McIntosh. His next mission is to join the illustrious lineup of Jury Members from each competing country to judge the Bocuse d’Or Asia Pacific contest.
Assisting the team in Asia will be Australia’s next candidate Nik Hill, Team Director Tom Milligan and Promotions Manager Trish Harty.
The Bocuse d’Or Asia Pacific (date and venue to be announced soon) is one of four Regional Selections for the Bocuse d’Or. Teams that place in the APAC top five will secure a place at the Bocuse d’Or Grand Final 2027 in Lyon, France.
