Australia’s National Selection for the Bocuse d’Or takes place on Sunday 30 April 2023 at Foodservice Australia, Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre.
Chefs Paul Golding, Amber Heaton, Trevor Jenkins and Tommy Prosser and their commis chefs will battle for a stunning Golden Knife trophy, plus fantastic prizes and the opportunity to represent their country in the world’s most prestigious culinary contest.
Visitors to Foodservice Australia can watch from 10am as the chefs go for gold, cooking a vegetarian dish on a plate and a whole lamb saddle presented on an elaborate platter in just five and a half hours.
MCs Scott Pickett and Donna Demaio will be hosting the show with live commentary from judges, competitors, past competitors, sponsors and partners.
