Bocuse d’Or Asia Pacific 2022

The regional selection for Bocuse d’Or Asia Pacific 2022 took place online. Each team created a dish with tofu as the featured protein.

Team Australia’s Chef Alex McIntosh’s entry is titled:
Australian Black Truffle & Macadamia Tofu with flavours of the coast and forest.
