Guests will celebrate with Bocuse d’Or Australia chefs including Honorary Life President Philippe Mouchel, President Tom Milligan, Vice President Deepak Mishra, 2023 Candidate Alex McIntosh and his Commis Chef Tristan Spain, Jury Member Scott Pickett, Head Coach Dan Arnold and Team Ambassador Gabriel Gaté.
Enjoy French inspired-canapés by all the chefs and toast the team with wines generously provided by our friends at Champagne Pommery and Clos Cachet. All funds raised will assist Team Australia on this final leg of their Road to Lyon.
Tickets are just $100 each (plus booking fee) and include drinks, abundant canapés and live DJ entertainment.
