Shannon Kellam is a highly celebrated chef who has accumulated more than 80 medals in salon culinaries, or cooking competitions, throughout his career.
He competed in both the 2013 and 2015 Bocuse d’Or Grand Finales, when he was Executive Chef at the Brisbane Club, and also won Gold for Australia at the 2008 Culinary Olympics in Germany.
In 2015 he purchased one of Brisbane’s most loved French restaurants, Montrachet, with his wife Clare, reopening it in new premises two years later. Today he and Clare continue to pay homage to traditional French cooking whilst showing the elegance and subtlety of modern cuisine.
