Sofitel Brisbane’s Executive Chef Alexandre Goyard joins former Bocuse d’Or President Romain Bapst to host a memorable dinner on 16 March to raise funds for Team Australia.

MC Gabriel Gaté and Team Australia’s chef Paul Golding will describe the excitement of the Road to Lyon over a sublime four-course meal, matched with French wines.

Chef Alexandre has two decades of international experience across Michelin-starred restaurants and five-star hotels, bringing precision, creativity, and deep respect for French culinary tradition.
