Mister Bianco’s Joe Vargetto, Australia’s 2001 Bocuse d’Or competitor, is proud to support the 2026 competitor Paul Golding,
and the Chef who has mentored them both: Philippe Mouchel.
Together they present a refined four-course French menu to enjoy with Pommery Champagne and Handpicked Wines, hosted by MC Gabriel Gaté.
All funds raised will assist Team Australia on the Road to Lyon.
