Australia’s next competitor in the elite Bocuse d’Or world cuisine contest will be decided at Foodservice Australia, 27-29 June 2021, at Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre.

Four semi-finalists, selected to meet international criteria, will compete with their commis chefs in a five-hour contest at the centre of the prominent industry showcase.

Tim Collett, Managing Director of Foodservice Australia, says he is delighted to include the Bocuse d’Or Australia Competition among the lineup of culinary events at the show.
“The Bocuse d’Or is an international competition unlike any other,” he says. “We are proud to support the next Australian team in their first step on the Road to Lyon.”

Entries for the Bocuse d’Or Australia Contest will open later this year.
